1. I've forgotten or lost my password. What do I do?

Please do not re-register. To receive a new password, please follow these few simple steps:
1. First, go to: http://www.projo.com/sharedcontent/registration/membercenter.jsp/reg_forgotpass.jsp
2. Enter your e-mail address within the box.
3. Click on the Submit button.
We will immediately e-mail a new password to you. If you don't like the password we have e-mailed to you, you may change your password to one that you prefer. Just go back to http://www.projo.com/sharedcontent/registration/membercenter.jsp and select Change My Password in the menu box on the right, then follow the directions.

2. Why does projo.com now require registration to access certain sections of the site?

When you complete projo.com's simple one-time registration, you receive instant access to all areas of our site without needing to register again. Plus you gain access to our many news subscription services, interactive features and new products.

8. How can I remove myself from your database?

When you register on projo.com you will have access privileges to all areas of our site, and will not need to re-register again. At the same time, registration information helps us design a Web site that is more useful and informative for you, our customer. Projo.com is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors to our Web site.

To completely delete your account, please go to http://www.projo.com/sharedcontent/registration/membercenter.jsp, then select Delete My Account in the box on the right side of the registration page.

From there, you will have the option to delete your account.
Please note that when you delete your account, any e-mail subscription services you have requested will cease, but you may still receive e-mail for a business day or two while the account deletion is processed.

9. What if children try to register on your site?

In order to be compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), projo.com does not gather or store information from anyone 13 years old or younger. The moment we identify that someone is 13 or younger, we stop them in the registration process and offer them other options for accessing the information or service they are requesting. 10. Why are you registering me when not all news sites require registration?

13. How can I change my account information?

If you only need to change your e-mail address, please send us a note by contacting a Customer Service representative through the form at this link: http://www.projo.com/registration/cs_form.html

To change your other account information please go to http://www.projo.com/sharedcontent/registration/membercenter.jsp, then select Modify My Account in the box on the right side of the registration page.

From there, you will be presented with your account listing and have the ability to update your account information. Once you submit your changes, your new information will be saved immediately.

14. How do I unsubscribe to a newsletter or other products?

If you're currently receiving an e-mail newsletter, alert or special announcement e-mails, and would like to discontinue that service, simply update your choice, by going http://www.projo.com/newsletters/index.jsp and logging in. From there, you will be presented with your account subscriptions and have the ability to cancel your subscriptions or select to receive different newsletter offerings. Once you submit your changes, your updated information will be saved. Please know that you may cancel delivery at any time. Allow a business day or two for processing.

15. How long are you going to be keeping this information?

Projo.com plans to keep this information as long as you are an active customer of the site. If you do not return to the site for 12 months, we will remove your account information from our active database.

16. Will you be using my name or e-mail address to solicit anyone else?

We will use your name or e-mail address to offer another person a special offer or promotion ONLY if you give us permission to do so. From time to time, projo.com runs promotions where we announce a new feature, or invite you to tell your friends about projo.com. These promotions are strictly voluntary. You are never required to participate. And, your participation does not affect access to our Web site or your newsletter subscriptions.

17. Will my e-mail address or name appear anywhere on your site?

As a registered user, we may feature only your first name welcoming you back to the site. However, we will not use your full name without your permission or unless it is part of a legitimate news story.

18. How secure is this registration process? Will anyone be able to steal my e-mail or contact information?

Our Web site registration process is very protected. We take extraordinary steps to ensure that our Web site is protected from "hacking" or other illegal activity. Your registration account is included in that protection. Projo.com is a legally protected product of Belo Corp. and we will use all the measures at our disposal to protect our product and our customers.

19. If you are customizing your content to me, does this mean that I don't get to see some of your site?

No. Registration ensures that you will have access to all sections of our Web site. Customizing content means that we make easily available to you the kind of content and advertising that would be of interest to you.

One reason you may be asked to register again is that the cookies we use to recognize registered users may have been deleted or may have expired. You do not need to go through the entire registration process; you only need to sign-in again. To sign-in, look for the shadowed box with the title �Already a member?� located on the right hand side of the registration form. Enter your username and password, click on �Go� and you will automatically be taken back to the original page you were reading. You now have access to the entire site.
